How to Add the RSS Feed Using Internet Explorer
XML Feed: http://www.dfsxradio.com/5000.xml
You can add the RSS feeds on dfsxradio.com to your Internet Explorer 7 web browser.
You can also add the RSS feeds to your Feeds Headlines widget in Windows Vista.
I have Windows Vista and I can certify that my feeds do indeed work on the Widget.
Here's how to add the feed.
1. Open up Internet Explorer 7 if you're not using it already.
2. Click this URL (or type it if you've just launched IE7):
XML Feed: http://www.dfsxradio.com/5000.xml
3. The next page should look like this:
4. Click on the line Subscribe to this feed. You will see this dialog.
5. If you have Windows Vista, you can add the feed to not only IE7's RSS feed feature,
you can also add them to your desktop Feeds Headlines Widget.
Click the "Create in" option and replace "Feeds" with "Microsoft Feeds" like this below:
6. Click on the Subscribe button.
7. Click the "View my feeds" button to open up your RSS Feed links in IE7.
8. Windows Vista users can add the DFSX feeds to the Feed Headline widget
seen below:
9. To see the DFSXRadio feed into your Feed Headline widget,
roll your mouse to the upper-left corner of the Headline widget
until you see a wrench symbol below the "X" symbol. Do not press
the "X" or you'll turn off the feeds. Press the wrench symbol.
10. Where you see "Display this feed", click on the option to see
a list of feeds available. You'll see something like "Dementia Top 20"
or "ISGD" or any other feed associated with DFSX.
11. Press "OK". Your Headline Widget will look something like this:
12. Now you have easy access to the DFSX RSS feeds. You can add any
RSS feed to your Windows Vista Headline Widget that you can find,
but you have to click the "Wrench" to change the feeds to display.
Thanks for subscribing.
